How we work

Our matchmakers in Talent Acquisition are always looking to attract the right people for AirHelp and build a strong employer brand that everyone wants (and is proud) to be part of. People Operations manages the entire employee lifecycle and Talent Management looks for opportunities for growth and learning. That includes coordinating learning initiatives and creating career paths—anything to make our people happy.

The day-to-day

From home or at the office, you’ll start your day with a stand-up meeting to share updates, challenges or issues you may be facing, and get your team members' take on how to solve them. You can expect frequent feedback based on Radical Candor, career conversations at your 1:1s, and bi-annual reviews. And, of course, our full encouragement to be the happiest you can be at AirHelp.
