The Marketing Team consists of almost 50 professionals - but we're still growing!
There are 4 departments within the Marketing Team: Communications, Paid Acquisition, Business Intelligence and Brand.
The majority of the team works in our beautiful office in the east of Berlin. We also have some team members based in Gdańsk. Some Marketing teams also hire consultants who work remotely.
Most people work from 9am - 5pm
To start, you should send us your CV. Our team leads work with the HR team to consider all applicants, and work out who to invite to interview.
The recruitment process differs for each role, but you should expect to talk with your future colleagues either in face-to-face meetings or video interviews. And we often ask candidates to complete a task related to the role - which is your chance to shine.
It depends which team you're in! Every team has access to the tools they need to get the job done. We all have access to a lot of data too, whether that's Google Analytics, or other packages which go into even greater detail.
