Our mission is to tell the world about their rights when they fly, that we exist to defend those rights, and to get passengers paid the compensation they’re entitled to for delayed and canceled flights.
We come from different corners of the world and work mostly from our Berlin, Barcelona and Gdańsk offices. We love open communication and mutual respect. We believe in working as a team, being open to one another’s ideas and learning from each other. And we’re curious! Make a case for a new channel or project and you can test it. We collaborate across departments to share market insights and support campaigns and projects – handling content, design, SEO, ads, affiliates, CRM, and more.
Our Acquisition channels are laser focused on the best ways to acquire claims, exploring new platforms and markets. Comms focuses on raising awareness, and finding new ways to engage and educate. CRM handles the relationship with new and potential customers. And our Strategy branch is always looking towards the future.
