Marketing
Our mission is to tell the world about their rights when they fly, that we exist to defend those rights, and to get passengers paid the compensation they’re entitled to for delayed and canceled flights.
Our team
We come from different corners of the world and work mostly from our Berlin, Barcelona and Gdańsk offices. We love open communication and mutual respect. We believe in working as a team, being open to one another’s ideas and learning from each other. And we’re curious! Make a case for a new channel or project and you can test it. We’ll support you until the very end and make sure you feel welcome from Day One.
How we work
We collaborate across departments to share market insights and support campaigns and projects – handling content, design, SEO, ads, affiliates, CRM, and more.
Our Acquisition channels are laser focused on the best ways to acquire claims, exploring new platforms and markets. Comms focuses on raising awareness, and finding new ways to engage and educate. CRM handles the relationship with new and potential customers. And our Strategy branch is always looking towards the future.

"AirHelp was a nice match: a perfect combination of my previous experience with the things I love: writing and editing, traveling, and educating people about their rights, together with the flexible working I was looking for. I really enjoy that I can choose to go to the office — and I do because I like my colleagues. They're a kind, collaborative, progressive, and fun bunch of people that like doing an excellent job, and I love working with them."
Miriam Foley | Content Editor

"I really like that at its core, AirHelp is here to help people. We are a business, but are still giving something back and protecting passengers. The company also encourages a positive environment and a human approach, and the results are proven in what Marketing does. Our leadership is strong, whilst celebrating and valuing people. Overall, it’s a positive place to work."
Jacob Sullivan | Head of Social Media
