Our main goal is to educate air passengers across the world as well as to acquire eligible compensation claims. Our tools of choice are smart targeting and innovative PR in over 20 countries.
Coming from different corners of the world, each with different backgrounds and experiences, we cherish open communication and mutual care. Some of us are passionate travelers, others are foodies, some are young parents, and some love to bring their pets to the office (We love pets!). How we work
It all starts with OKRs (Objective and Key Results). Once we know a specific target, we decide on the tools and channels to use. Marketing is often our customer’s first experience with AirHelp, whether they see us on a Facebook ad, through Google Search, or on television, so our job is to let the world know about AirHelp, their rights as travelers, and of course, to convince them that we’re the ones to call if you need help with your flight claims.
We work with all the departments of the organization to share market insights and support other teams, handling content, design, SEO, paid, affiliates, CRM, and much more.
