A mind for business, a heart for users.

We’re a bunch of design enthusiasts, user advocates, and business masterminds. A group of designers, researchers, and copywriters crunching data, speaking to air travelers all over the world, and designing best-in-class experiences everyday to deliver maximum user satisfaction and valuable business impact.

Design thinking is at the heart of our day-to-day work, we cover different aspects of it through design, research, and copy. In addition to improving and maintaining a coherent end-to-end customer journey.

Designers work collaboratively within cross-functional squads as an essential part of the product development process -- starting from the very early ideation phase up to monitoring, while keeping up with the performance of our experiments, features, and new products. Our team works on many design projects, including building and maintaining AirHelp’s Design System, our Customer Journey Map, and more.

Exploring, defining, and solving problems are all essential parts of our daily work, in addition to testing and validating ideas before and after we ship those features to the market. Our research team covers a wide range of activities that shape not only design decisions but product, business, and company-wide strategies as well.

Our UX writers play an integral role in shaping the experience of every new project we undertake -- they craft copies that are functional, easy to understand, and help users reach their goals.

I think that any designer who wants to be truly involved in the end-to-end product development process, take ownership, and design for impact - not only sketch pretty interfaces - will thrive working on the AirHelp Product Team.

In AirHelp you can meet great, supportive people and work on the different projects within one product (which gives you a chance of trying new things and protect you from boredom). You have the opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills and actively form the shape of the design team.
