“I have a lot of ownership in the projects I am involved in and my opinion is always valued. My manager is my mentor — he teaches me and inspires me to grow. And my colleagues have been helpful and approachable since the first day. The work environment is so fun that I look forward to going to the office to meet the team and have lunch together.”
Laia Puig | Visual Designer

“I love the people here! And I think having a good work atmosphere is super important. My manager really wants me to be happy and succeed, and I look up to her in the way she communicates with others, with kindness and professionalism. Communicating better is a goal for me personally, but also one of the tasks I enjoy the most. Understanding how we can improve the quality of messages in all 18 languages we use, not only in the linguistic aspect, but also in the customer's perspective is a challenge that I look forward to tackling every day.”
Martyna Selke | Localization Specialist

“Being in a mature company with access to the best resources like software, tools, and courses is super exciting for me. AirHelp gives me a lot of space to really take ownership and work independently, while getting full support and advice from my manager, whenever I ask for it. I know what to expect in the future for my role and growth plans are based on merit. I have everything I need to do my best work.”
Aga Kaim | UX Researcher.

“I worked in many companies and I can say the work atmosphere here is different, and very nice. That says a lot about the hiring process, that finds not only experts with high potential but also great people. We are a data-oriented, multicultural team of number freaks, who are always searching for new ways to optimize our product. It’s a busy schedule and the pressure can seem high. But what can I say? I love it! Being bored isn’t for me.”
