By joining the Strategic Partnerships team, you’ll get a front-row seat to what’s making AirHelp grow as a company. We establish and manage all the B2B relations with Online Travel Agency (OTA) partners across the world. Thanks to close cooperation with many of the leading companies in the industry, we have unparalleled market knowledge and are a source of exciting new product ideas (such as AirHelp Plus).
Our team consists of Sales specialists and Account Managers, all of whom are particularly friendly individuals driven by seeing AirHelp grow and excited about their contribution to it. We are based in different locations but always known for our welcoming team vibe.
How we work
The beauty of Strategic Partnerships is that we deliver true value to our B2B partners; treating them just like our team of internal AirHelpers. We are always on the lookout for new features and products that could help our OTA partners to grow their businesses and revenues. It’s not getting any less exciting internally, either. On a daily basis we work in close interaction with all the departments (Engineering, Data, Accounting, Customer Operations and Legal).
