(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner - 1 year contract
Are you looking for the right next step in your Recruitment career?
Work for an organization with a global purpose and impact. Since 2013, we’ve helped over 16 million air passengers, have driven multiple big changes in European legislation, and have tons of satisfied customers — and that’s only the beginning!
Take pride in what you do — at AirHelp, we believe that Recruitment shapes the future of the company by onboarding the right people. You’ll have all the tools and resources that you need to be successful in the role, starting from functional ATS through various paid sourcing tools and posting channels and ending with psychometric testing.
Enjoy strong partnerships with the hiring managers. You’ll get a deep understanding of the subject matter and shape the status quo by providing insights on the market and best practices. At AirHelp, Recruiters are consultants, not order takers — you will have full ownership of the process.
Focus on quality hiring. We bet on building lasting relationships with candidates by acting as advisors and ensuring great communication. We always strive to provide a better candidate experience and ensure quality candidate assessment.
Enjoy unparalleled trust, independence and space for your own ideas. You’ll have free range to work on and improve all facets of recruitment, including employer branding, process improvement, delivering training and more. It all depends on your interests.
What does it take to be successful in this role:
You’ll work on a wide range of roles across multiple geos within a fast changing organization. You’ll be involved in defining the desired candidate profile and help challenge the initial requirements as well as encourage iterations along the way. You will proactively ensure alignment with all the parties involved and keep the momentum of the hiring process. You’ll be continuously learning about the organization and its ecosystem as well as be up-to-date with all recruitment trends.
Therefore, the skills we value most are:
- Curiosity. You ask the right questions to get a deep understanding of the role requirements and the organization context.
- Excellent communication. You’re a great listener, can analyze different sets of information and get to the point quickly. You’ll need to have impeccable communication skills in English.
- Strong problem solving. Every day brings new questions and challenges — that’s one of the reasons why it’s never boring. Your focus will be to approach problems with an open mind and curiosity while feeling at ease with certain levels of ambiguity. You’ll see it as a space to make an impact, rather than an annoyance.
- Continuous improvement mindset. As the Recruitment Team, we want to get a little bit better every day, so we improve daily by small iterations as we go along. We are looking for ideas and feedback and think about the organization and its success from a long-term perspective.
What we offer:
- Professional growth. Regular feedback sessions and personalized progression plan as well as internal learning programs (such as the Leadership Essentials Program or knowledge sharing events).
- Flexibility and hybrid working space (partially remote, partially from our office).
- Weekly language classes.
- Very competitive salary based on your experience and skills, and lots of extras depending on the location (such as lunch subsidies, Gym membership, Childcare or Public transportation subsidy, Life insurance).
- MacBook Air.
- Team days, Events and parties.
AirHelp is, and always will be an equal opportunity employer. We are proud of our diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
All of our offices are wheelchair accessible. We welcome applicants who have special needs and are happy to adjust our interview process to accommodate them.
