As a member of the Talent Management Team, you will contribute towards building a high-performance organization by supporting the leadership with identifying, developing, engaging, retaining, and deploying individuals who are considered particularly valuable to a company.
Together with your colleagues, you will have full ownership of the global core talent-related processes like performance and engagement management, progression and succession planning, roles evaluation and grading, which altogether help us to keep a high retention level of the key team members.

Reporting to: Head of Talent Management
What you’ll do:
- Lead and optimize global talent-related processes like performance and engagement management, progression and succession planning, roles evaluation and grading.
- Support team members in their progression and professional development working together with managers on designing their individual career paths.
- Design, implement, and maintain the global job rotation program.
- Raise wellbeing level by coordinating various activities and events.
- Support learning & development and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives.
- Support global HR communication flow (emails, intranet).
- Support headcount controlling by assuring data accuracy and providing senior managers with regular and ad-hoc reports/analyses.
- Work closely with leaders and team members from various departments, providing people-related operational support, and conducting stay and exit interviews.
Ideally, you’ll bring with you:
- Previous experience in leading or supporting processes within role evaluation and career paths, job rotation, progression and succession planning, engagement monitoring, compensation and benefits, HR/people operations, and communication.
- Experience in consulting/advising both employees and managers in an international environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Positive can-do attitude with problem-solving experience.
- Previous experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment would be an asset.
