QA Automation Engineer (Mid or Senior-level)

We are looking for a talented, driven QA Automation Engineer to join our international team.

As a member of the QA  team, you are responsible for providing feedback on software quality based on documentation reviews, among others. You will also participate in test plan creation and execution (automated or not).

In detail, your goal will be to:

  • Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities
  • Develop and maintain suites of automated tests in various frameworks and languages
  • Assist the QA team in the maintenance of existing tests and frameworks.

Ideally, you can demonstrate: 

  • Test scripting proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Ruby, JavaScript, Python, Groovy
  • Ability to write API tests (functional, contract-based)
  • Proficiency in UI testing framework like Geb, RobotFramework etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL and bash scripting basic
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools and concepts
  • Git and gitflow
  • Focus on project testability, maintainability, and user-friendliness
  • BS/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
