Junior IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our international team of talented engineers.

In detail, your goal will be to: 

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Macs, printers, other peripherals and network devices
  • Maintain IT hardware stock and handling equipment requests
  • Assist the IT Infrastructure team with network troubleshooting and optimization
  • Work on projects that improve the IT Support process and tools

Ideally, you can demonstrate: 

  • 2 years experience in IT Support (L1/L2)
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory user management 
  • Knowledge of Network/Wi-Fi/Endpoint troubleshooting

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting users in macOS environment
  • L3 Support experience
