As a Strategy Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the Senior Leadership as a thought partner in several business areas with a focus on bringing insights to light through data analysis. As Strategy Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and delivering day-to-day and ad hoc responsibilities related to financial reporting, business analytics needs using relevant data tools, reporting environments, and dashboards.
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with the CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of Strategy on various exercises, such as business analysis, management presentations, financial modeling, and KPI analysis and reporting.
- Provide insights and analysis for Senior Leadership supported by meaningful and accurate research.
- Develop financial models in Excel.
- Prepare synthetic recommendation of insights and analyses in PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Senior Leadership of our various business segments on ad hoc analysis.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from consulting companies.
- An outstanding academic track record.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills: ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
- Ability to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good finance knowledge of financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Advanced computer literacy:
- experience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools, advanced Excel, building reports in PowerPoint.
