As a Strategy Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the Senior Leadership as a thought partner in several business areas with a focus on bringing insights to light through data analysis. As Strategy Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and delivering day-to-day and ad hoc responsibilities related to financial reporting, business analytics needs using relevant data tools, reporting environments, and dashboards.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with the CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of Strategy on various exercises, such as business analysis, management presentations, financial modeling, and KPI analysis and reporting.
• Provide insights and analysis for Senior Leadership supported by meaningful and accurate research.
• Develop financial models in Excel.
• Prepare synthetic recommendation of insights and analyses in PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Senior Leadership of our various business segments on ad hoc analysis.
  
  

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from consulting companies.
• An outstanding academic track record.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills: ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
• Ability to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good finance knowledge of financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment.
• Advanced computer literacy:
  • experience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools, advanced Excel, building reports in PowerPoint.
