Legal strategy is at the core of our business. We explore regulations and jurisdictions to expand AirHelp’s activities with one goal in mind: to fight for better air passenger rights around the world.
Our Team
We come from different nationalities and legal backgrounds which makes for a much broader perspective and understanding of the many jurisdictions in which we work. We’re experts at what we do, we’re passionate about what we do, and love doing it every day.
How we work
Beyond the bureaucracy that’s typically expected of legal departments, we work to define AirHelp’s strategy across our jurisdictions and explore new territories and products. Using our expertise, we help translate complex regulations into a simple and successful claiming process.
Together with the PR team we advocate air passenger rights, educating people about their rights and helping shape better regulations around the world.

The day-to-day
You’ll work in a dynamic environment. Your challenges and scope can change, as they line up with AirHelp’s growth strategy. You’ll have autonomy to work and the support of our colleagues for whatever you need, professional or personal. You won’t face any judgment. At weekly team meetings we’ll catch up about ongoing tasks, issues and plans and in your 1:1s and bi-annual performance reviews, you’ll discuss your career path.
