Recruitment process at AirHelp

Submit your CV
Found a job position that interests you? Great! Simply send us your CV and after a few days, we’ll get back to you with some feedback. Make sure your CV is in English — we are a global organization and our main language is English.
What do we look for at this stage? Obviously, your work experience is important to us, but we would also like to gain insight into your strengths, interests and development goals.

Recruitment task
Depending on the type of role you applied for, the recruitment process may include a task or a test. For roles in our Operations department, this may include an aptitude and skills test for customer service roles. In IT recruitment, we sometimes ask our candidates to write a simple application. If you are applying to the Design department, you will be asked to share your portfolio with us. You can find a detailed description of the specific recruitment requirements on each of our job advertisements.

Meeting with the recruiter
If you pass the first stages, our recruiters will contact you and invite you to an initial interview to get to know you better. The meeting will be conducted online (in English) and will last approximately 30 minutes. During this stage of the process, we will tell you more about AirHelp, the position you have applied for, and discuss your work experience. You can also expect to talk about your motivation and expectations of us as your employer (including financial ones).

Interview with the Hiring Manager
If you passed the meeting with the recruiter, we will invite you to meet with the hiring manager and their team. Usually, one longer interview is sufficient, but for more technical roles we often meet twice. At this stage, you can expect to be asked many more technical questions about the position you are applying for. Remember, this interview is not just for us, but for you too, so any questions are welcome. We are committed to ensuring that at the end of the interview, both parties feel comfortable with the decision of whether to work together or not.

Offer stage
Once you have successfully completed the entire recruitment process, we will contact you to present our offer. If you still have any questions at this stage, our team is always happy to help. Once you accept, we will welcome you on board!
