Recruitment process at AirHelp

Submit your CV (Curriculum Vitae)
Please submit your CV in English. Even if you are applying for a position that requires a specific language, the company’s main language is in English. We accept all types of CV templates, but please ensure that it is legible and easy to read.

Optional Test
Depending on the type of role that you are applying for, we may give you a test to help us gauge your skills and to get an initial feel of your work. Tests will be completed online, or in case of a Language Check, over a call.

Video call with the recruiter
If your CV is a match or — if you had to take one — pass the test, we will invite you to an initial video call with the recruiter. This interview will set expectations and help us understand your motivations, and also provide you with an opportunity to ask questions or clarifications about the role or the company.

Call with the Hiring Manager
Once you pass the initial interview, you’ll have a longer interview with the hiring manager, where you can have an in-depth conversation about the role, your experience, and your skills. The manager may also arrange for additional interviews with your team or with the heads of other departments. This is the best time to ask additional questions and to see if you’d be a good fit for the team.

Feedback
Regardless of the outcome, we will provide you with feedback after every stage of the process. And if you’ve been successful, we will make you an offer.
