We work hard to provide the company with reliable, accurate and actionable data that’s key when it comes to decision-making. We have a significant impact on business strategy, and work closely across departments such as Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering.
Our team
We’re a small team with big goals and a thirst for challenges, working from Gdańsk, Kraków, Berlin, Madrid and Barcelona. We’re analytical and adaptive individuals who value strategic thinking, freedom and open communication. How we work
We create data and machine-learning models that deliver high-impact insights for business strategy – supplying Marketing with cross-channel campaign analysis, measuring process efficiency to suggest automations or verifying hypotheses and A/B tests for new products and features. We’re a balanced mix of product, tech and service to support all teams in the company.
The day-to-day
Remote or not, we’re always in touch, and we’ll take care of you from the start with our onboarding process. We’ll give you guidance, training and access to new technologies to help you become the best data professional you can be.
