Mostly based in Poland, we’re the powerhouse behind AirHelp’s business. Some of us have been around for quite some time, and if there’s one thing we all share, it's a passion for what we do. If innovation, autonomy, and driving impact are what you seek, then you're in the right place.

Functioning in tight-knit Product teams, we work alongside business partners to define solutions that turn into new or improved products and services. We’re team players rooted in the best of tech. We code mainly in Ruby, Python, Go and JS/TypeScript supplemented within the others by PostgreSQL and Redis packed in docker images shipped into a terraformed AWS cloud.

Jumping aboard? A buddy will guide you through your initial days and ensure your integration is smooth. We value transparency and open communication, whether it’s in monthly team meetings, Townhalls, or daily catch-ups. You can look forward to 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews, allowing you to map your growth trajectory and transition to leadership roles, if you so desire.
