You’ll be working with a seasoned and highly motivated multi-cultural team of Data Engineers, DataOps Data Scientists, and Data Analysts.

Your challenge is to support business needs in a rapidly changing environment and to help AirHelp reach the next level of data maturity. You’ll work with the team in designing, building, and maintaining the AirHelp Data Platform, using modern data stack technologies like Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, and others.

What you’ll do:

Build and maintain scalable data models in SQL to support analytics and reporting.
Develop and optimize data transformations to ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines.
Optimize data warehouse performance by tuning queries, indexing, and storage strategies.
Ensure data quality and validation through automated testing, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
Manage data documentation and lineage to ensure transparency, governance, and reproducibility.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent.
Hands-on experience with data transformation and data modeling using dbt framework.
Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, concepts and best practices.
Solid understanding of Data Lake/ Lake House deployment using Snowflake or similar Cloud Data Warehousing solution (Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks or others).
Experience with data visualization platforms (Periscope, Looker, Tableau or others).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
